Children, parent and staffs at Mind Green School are a lifelong member and volunteers of Eccotarian Drive by Aabhamandal Trust(NGO).
We are contributing to Sustainable Development Goals.
We nurture a future generation of local changemakers by immersing them in a progressive, holistic, and sustainability-focused educational experience.  MGS is committed to responding to climate crises, looking at the broader issues, and reaching collaborative solutions through education. We will expand our ability to provide even more educational opportunities to local learners. We supports sustainability-focused education, works directly with local schools and students, and collaborates with local government.

Though we are mindful of all 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), our Foundation focuses on four that explicitly reference the elements central to our intervention. Mind Green School’s Eccotarian Drive impact aims to take steps in supporting the following SDGs: 

♻️ Quality of Education
Our mission is to support socio-economically disadvantaged students through undergraduate university scholarships particularly for children of farmers. In addition, we facilitate sustainability school workshops alongside Mind Green School to provide these students with a quality education in environmental sustainability.

 

♻️ Climate Action
Saving our natural resources is one of the most important things in our priorities. We are trying to protect our lifeline rivers, forests, mountains and soil itself. Our world is at most risk from climate change due to sea level rise, extreme weather and heat, and ecosystem loss. Eccotarian Drive and MGS programs create opportunities for locally-inspired action to take place and solutions to be generated and, potentially, even scaled globally.

 

♻️Green Career Opportunities
In this fast growing world the children are often asked to follow the old fashioned career paths and opportunities like doctors, engineers etc. They find themselves stuck in throat cutting competition, they feel helpless. But no one is telling them they can excel in other green careers too. Eccotarian educate, advocate, trained and support the green and sustainable career choices and start ups. In this way we are paving way to many new career opportunities for our students.

 

♻️ Responsible Consumption and Production
Mind Green School Eccotarian Drive supports regenerative agriculture. Through providing education and training to aspiring young farmers, we can conserve and restore farming land and create food security and sustainability for the long term.
