General Instructions regarding Fees
1. School fees are of twelve-month cycle i.e., April to March every year
2. Fee can be paid through the following methods:
Cash – Fees in Cash will only be accepted at the Bank’s Cash Counter.
- Cheque/D.D. - Cheque should be made in favour of:
Mind Green School Moradabad.
Cheques will only be accepted at the school counter till the 20th of each month till third quarter only. Complete details of the students like Name, Class, Section & your phone number should be mentioned at the back of the check along with the fee receipts duly filled
Last day to pay fees by Cheque for the FINAL QUARTER will be ten days prior to the commencement of the FINAL TERM EXAMINATIONS.
- Cheque bounce charges: Rs. 500/- the minimum. If the cheque is bounced then FEES will only be accepted ONLINE.
- Online : Fees can be paid either through mobile application or school website using credentials provided by the school. Online fees can be paid via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, PayTM Wallet & BHIM UPI.
3. The last date for the payment of fees without fine is the last working day of every month. If the last working day happens to be a Sunday or a Bank Holiday then a day prior to that will be considered as the LAST working Day. A fine of Rs. 200/- will be levied from 1st of next month for the previous month.
4. Fees will not be accepted if all the counterfoils in the fee booklet are not completely and correctly filled while paying the fees. For any inconveniences caused due to wrong information, school will not be responsible.
5. NO FEES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT FEE BOOKLET.
6. A duplicate fee book will be issued from the school counter on a payment of Rs. 50/- only.
7. No reduction in fees is made on account of Summer and Winter holidays or other vacations or temporary absence.
8. Those who do not clear the dues before each term will not be disclosed the TERM RESULTS and the ANNUAL REPORT CARD will not be issued.

School Timing Instructions
The School insists on punctuality, regular attendance, and obedience to the teachers, cleanliness and fidelity to the study.
▶️ Late coming is not permitted.
▶️ It is expected that the pupils, their parents/guardians and the member of their families will imbibe the message of Mind Green School and that each child will become an ideal Eccotarian student.
▶️ We hope that no disciplinary action need to be taken against any child. However, indiscipline will be nipped in the bud, disciplinary action including dismissal will be resorted to only if a student’s conduct or character is fount to harmful to others.
▶️ Immoral action, grave insubordination, contempt of authorities and willful damage to school property or property of other are sufficient reasons of dismissal.
▶️ The principal will be the authority to take disciplinary action including dismissal of students, which the approval of the Director.
▶️ Pupils who absent themselves from the class not on medical grounds for 15 working days consecutively and defaulters of tuition fees for 10 working days will be removed from the rolls.
FOR THE STUDENTS OF 1st class to 5th.
▶️ On every Saturday of the week, please send your ward in Track dress (given House dress).
▶️ On every Wednesday send your ward in said theme colour casual wear.
▶️ Please send all the books, Notebooks, Color Book, Color Box.
▶️ Home-work note book (any one subject) will be send along with the lunch box, diary and pencil box.
FOR THE STUDENTS OF Play, NURSERY, LKG, UKG.
▶️ On every Friday of the week, please send your ward in Track dress (given House dress).
▶️ On every Wednesday send your ward in said theme colour casual wear.
▶️ Please send all the books, Notebooks, Color Book, Color Box.
▶️ Amongst all the stationary being sent by you, following Books and Note books will be returned back :-
All the books will be returned back on every Friday of the month along with Home-work Note-book.
▶️ Color book and Color Box will be kept in class and will be returned back at the end of session.
PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF FOLLOWING
▶️ Please send your ward in neat – ironed uniform with trimmed nails.
▶️ Junk food and snacks are allowed only on Saturdays of the month.
▶️ Parents are requested to complete all the entries of first page of diary consisting necessary details about student.
▶️ Parents are requested to read the diary regularly and duly sign it.
▶️ Any circular or note, attached in the diary, should be kept for home-record.
